Terms of Service
Booking with us means you agree to the terms below. If anything's unclear, just ask.
Appointments & Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee, which we'll communicate when you book or in our confirmation messages. We hold the spot for you, so this helps us keep the schedule fair for everyone.
Services
Results can vary from person to person based on skin type, hair growth, products you use at home, and other factors. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect a service, tell us before we start. You're responsible for disclosing anything that might impact your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we believe it's unsafe or not appropriate for you. We'll always try to explain why.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless we've agreed otherwise. Card and other payments are processed through GlossGenius or the methods we offer at checkout. Prices on the booking system are what apply unless we've quoted something different in writing.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are not refundable and have no cash value except toward services at SpaHub Tulsa as described when you purchase them. They may have expiration dates; check the details when you buy.
Liability
Services are provided for cosmetic and wellness purposes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpaHub Tulsa and our staff aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your visit. If you follow our aftercare and disclose health concerns honestly, we do our part to keep things safe and professional.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom will change when we do. Continuing to book or visit after changes go live means you're okay with the new version.
